The precautions for using the total bile acid assay kit (enzyme circulation method) include:

1. Preprocessing: Before using the reagent kit, the serum or plasma sample should be left to stand for a period of time to allow the large particles to precipitate.

2. Calibration and quality control: The reagent kit contains standard solution and quality control serum. It is recommended to use these samples for calibration and quality control to ensure accurate and reliable test results. The calibration cycle using calibration samples is 30 days. It is recommended to use biochemical quality control serum with normal and pathological values for indoor quality control. The measured control values should be within the determined limit range.

3. Sampling: Use a pipette to accurately transfer the preprocessed sample into the corresponding part of the reagent kit, taking care not to produce bubbles or splashes, otherwise it will affect the test results.

4. Temperature control: During the operation, ensure that the temperature of the sample and reagent is within the appropriate range, and avoid excessively high or low temperatures. The bile acids in serum can be stored for one week under 28 conditions and for three months under -20 conditions.

5. Sample addition and washing: Follow the operating instructions in the reagent kit to add samples and wash, ensuring that all components of the reagent kit receive sufficient reaction. Note that components from different batch numbers should not be mixed, and samples, detergents, and waste should be treated as infectious substances.

6. Result reading and processing: After the reaction of the reagent kit is completed, read the results and process them according to the formula.

7. Maintenance: After use, the reagent kit should be properly stored and cleaned and maintained according to the instructions in the manual. Meanwhile, to ensure the quality of the reagents, it is recommended to use them within the specified shelf life and avoid storage in direct sunlight or humid environments.
