After it is completely solidified, centrifuge it at 500 r/min for 10 minutes, and suck the supernatant for determination.

       Result: When the serum LDL content is 495-609 mg/L, it is normal; When the LDL content is 336-397 mg/L, it is a Outlier.

       Preparation of sample Paint thinner: After the LDL in the sample is placed at room temperature for 24 hours, it is heated in 100 ℃ water for 15 minutes. Attention: When adding 200 ml of water, it should be slowly added.

       Preparation of sample diluent: Using the Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL) Content Determination Kit (produced by Agilent Company in the United States) as the sample, dilute with 25 ml of water.

       Dilution of sample Paint thinner: add 50 ml and 100 ml water to the Paint thinner in the LDL content determination kit according to the sample volume and dilution.

       Result: When adding 50 ml of water, the LDL content was 495-609 mg/L, and when adding 100 ml of water, the LDL content was 336-397 mg/L; After being placed at 25 ℃ for 24 hours, its content remained unchanged; At -80 ℃, its content remains unchanged.

       Explanation: Specimens from different sources may have different dilutions, so it should be determined based on the source of the specimen.
